What is Chamber Circles and how will it work?

Available only to Members, Chamber Circles offers business leaders a platform to not only expand their network but explore potential partnerships with their peers as they advance their own growth both professionally and personally. The Chamber has enlisted a group of talented business leaders who will act as mentors for each ‘Circle’ which consists of between four and five people. Each ‘Circle’ mentor will lead a group discussion surrounding a pre-selected topic and will meet once a month at a time that is convenient for the whole group.

The goal of Chamber Circles is to encourage business leaders to not only grow their skills through collaboration but also provide them with the resources they need to navigate bias and lean into their strengths. This proactive approach will help them face workplace challenges head on to devise solutions and knowledge that will benefit future innovation and increased profitability.
