The 2026 Municipal Election is an opportunity for Cambridge residents to learn more about the individuals seeking to represent our community.
The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Cornerstone Association of REALTORS® has invited candidates running for Mayor and Councillor in Wards 1 through 8 to participate in video interviews. These interviews provide candidates with an opportunity to introduce themselves, share their perspectives on important issues facing Cambridge, and outline their priorities for the community.
We encourage residents to take the time to watch the interviews, learn more about the candidates in their ward, and consider the issues that matter most to them before casting their ballot.
All candidates who participated have been given the same opportunity to share their views through this initiative. The interviews are presented for informational purposes and are not endorsements of any candidate or position.
The following questions were asked of each candidate:
Not sure which ward you live in? The City of Cambridge provides a tool to help you find your ward.
The 2026 Municipal Election takes place on Monday, October 26, 2026. Cambridge is divided into eight wards, with residents electing a Councillor to represent their ward.
