VIRTUAL PLATFORM LOG-IN
On the day of the event, please click the unique watch code that was emailed to you Friday, April 29. That will give you access to the live stream in either Eastern Time or Mountain Time on May 4, 2022. Simply choose your preferred stream and your watch window will appear and content will begin streaming approximately 30 minutes ahead of the event start.

•  Viewers on Wednesday May 4 will be seeing the live broadcast, that's the only time you will have access to the content.
• Hamilton Family Theatre doors will open at 8:15am
•  During the day, there will be two short breaks and one hour for lunch, with the programming ending at approximately 4:20pm.

• This site will not optimally perform in Internet Explorer, please use any other internet browser such as Chrome or Firefox.  If you do not have these browsers, please download them in advance.  Chrome browser or the Firefox browser.

• Make sure to watch all the presenters in full screen.

• What happens during the breaks? During the breaks, you can check your emails or check-in with your family during this period - it is a great time to do so.

• The speakers will be speaking from our Leadercast stage in Cincinnati, and the broadcast will be live, with a delayed recording starting 2 hours later in Mountain Time. The speakers are not pre-recorded.

• Each participant will be able to download a copy of the Leadercast 2022 program.

Frequently Asked Questions about Technology

What if I have technical problems with streaming? If you have any troubles with each out to  for assistance ostreaming during this time, try finding an answer with the FAQ below. If you are unable to find an answer, email [email protected].

Why is my video buffering?   This is likely due to your internet bandwidth or speed. If the problem persists, please contact technical support via the phone number and email address located in virtual platform.
What if I close out of the virtual platform? Can I get back in? Yes, you can continue to access the event with the unique watch code you were sent, but since the event is streaming live you will not be able to rewind and see the content you missed. There is a click limit on each code, so try to leave the stream open and minimize the window if you are unable to watch. In the event that your code gets locked for too many clicks, please contact [email protected] and someone will be able to refresh your link.
Can I watch Leadercast 2022 - The 1 Thing on something other than a computer?Yes, you can watch Leadercast from your mobile device, tablet, iPad, etc. but you may not watch it from more than one device at a time. IS ONE BROWSER PREFERRED FOR VIEWING? Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for the platform. We highly recommend you use any other browser.
Can I use any internet browser? Conference on Demand will not work in Internet Explorer. Please use any other internet browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge).
Can I share my link with my friends/family? No, each link is for one viewer and may not be shared. Watch codes cannot be used with multiple devices at the same time. If your log-in credentials are entered on a second device, it will automatically end the access for the first device.

What if I can't watch it all in one day?  Leadercast will be broadcast live to hundreds of locations and thousands of virtual viewers around the world, and it will be recorded.
