Can we send a replacement in our place? That option is not available since a key component of the program is centred around building relationships within a set group of peers.

Can we get a copy of the recordings if we miss a session? Due to privacy issues, we will not be making recordings available.

What if I miss a session? We encourage you to attend them all because you will miss the added value you bring to the table as well as the positive impact each of these powerful sessions can bring into your life. 

Is there a minimum number of sessions required for attendance to achieve completion? This is not a certification program and recommend you attend all the sessions to take full advantage of the knowledge and resources provided.

Is there certification available? There is no certification provided, however, the takeaway knowledge and connections you make will prove to be very valuable.

Can I choose my mentor?  ‘Circle’ mentors will be matched in accordance with the survey results submitted by both participants and the mentors themselves to ensure the group dynamics work for everyone. 

Where do these sessions take place? We expect sessions will be conducted at The Link, a comfortable and innovative space located within the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce office at 750 Hespeler Rd.

Are virtual sessions available? Survey results among ‘Circle’ participants and mentors will determine how the sessions will be conducted, whether in-person or virtual. 

Can participants bring guests? There will be an opportunity for guests to accompany ‘Circle’ participants to specific sessions. 

Are there accessible accommodations? The sessions will be fully accessible.  

What is included in the fee?  The program costs $249 and can be classified as a business expense for tax purposes. The fee includes management expenses and the cost of resources for all six sessions.

How long are the sessions? ‘Circle’ sessions will last 1.5 hrs. each month 

Who can join? At this time, ‘Chamber Circles for Women’ is currently being offered to Chamber Members only. 

When do we pay the fee? Your fee can be paid upon registration 

How long is the program? Once a month for a total of 6 months.

Is this part of my Chamber membership and does it allow me to access other Chamber programs/events?   Chamber Chamber Circles is not part of your Chamber membership or allows you access to other programs/events.

What is the benefit of joining Chamber Circles for Women? There are numerous benefits of the program, including personal and professional development, as well as creating a collaborative learning environment to grow leadership skills and foster peer relationships with other business leaders.

Will refunds be made available? Unfortunately, refunds will not be made available once the first session begins.

Why have Circles become more popular recently? The surge in women’s circles has been growing rapidly over the last decade. However, in the wake of the pandemic the desire among women to gather as a collective supportive group, to share ideas and knowledge, has grown much stronger.

What can people expect when they attend a Chamber Circle? Participants can expect a safe space to show up fully as themselves and be welcomed into a supportive, warm, and non-judgemental environment, where everyone learns from each other.
