Langs Farm Community Health Centre

Residents who have a postal code beginning with N3H or a phone number beginning with 653 may call the Langs Farm Community Health Centre (519-653-1340) to be placed on their intake list.

Pediatrician Accepting New Clients

Doctor Recruitment Task Force Waiting List

The Cambridge Doctor Recruitment Task Force continues to accept names for placement on our waiting list. If you reside in the City of Cambridge and do not currently have a family physician in the city, please complete the form below to be placed on a waiting list. The Task Force is providing this service for the citizens of Cambridge and as we bring new Doctors into the city, we will pass long this list to them. However, acceptance is entirely at the discretion of the physician or associated clinic manager.

Please note that since the Chamber of Commerce exerts no influence in this regard and makes no guarantees regarding consideration, we are unable to respond to telephone enquiries about your status on the list. If you do not hear from a doctor within six months, please re-enter your information at that time.
