The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce Announces the 2011 Business Excellence Award Nominees
for the year 2011.
We are pleased to announce that 60 nominations were received for the Business Excellence Awards. All submissions are based on the achievements of these businesses and individuals for the year 2011. These prestigious awards will be awarded for Business of the Year – 49 Employees and Under, Business of the Year – Over 50 Employees, Personal Business Achievement Award, New Venture of the Year Award, Environment-Excellence in Energy Conservation, Keith Taylor Memorial Award, Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Wowcambridge.com Customer Service Award, The Rotary Scholarship Award and Lifetime Achievement Award. These awards recognize businesses and individuals achievements that have made an important contribution to the economic and social well being of the City of Cambridge. 2011 Nominees.

Mexico City – June 10th, 2011, the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce was Awarded the BEST Unconventional Chamber project in the World by the World Chambers Federation for the development of the Funny Money financial literacy program for youth. The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, manages and coordinates the program from coast to coast in Canada to over 180 high schools each year. The program is sponsored by the Investor Education Fund and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada.
